Customers Own Material (COM) Procedures
Sims accepts no responsibility for the warranty, durability, tailoring quality or yardage muscalculations of COM's. We reserve the right to refuse any COM.
Pricing All fabric types - Grade III solid colors, directional and non-directional patterns. Leather - Grade IV	Plain Back - 36" HIgh* Single - 4.5 yds Double - 7 yds Half Circle (unfin. OSB) - 1 yd. per ft Quarter Circle (unfin. OSB) - 1 yd per ft Wall Bench (unfin. OSB) - 1yd. per ft Seat (slipcover) - 1 1/4 yds per ft. Seat (band-style cover) - 1 1/2 yds per ft.	Inside Back Only* (solid/ non-directional pattern/ tweed) Single - 1 yd Double - 2 yds Half Circle - 5/8 yd per ft Quarter Circle - 5/8 yd per ft Wall Bench - 5/8 yd per ft Horizontal Channel - 1 1/2 yds/ side
*Based on an average booth height of 36" and length of 46". If your booth is higher or longer, add percent difference
Requirements Swatch must be attached to purchase order. Minimun Swatch sizes are as follows: Pattern - one and a half (1 1/2) X pattern repeat. Non pattern - three (3") inches X five (5) inches. Directional patterns must be marked L or R (as you sit in the booth). Striped or directional fabric will be upholstered vertically - front to back -- unless your order specifies otherwise. If fabric is - or can appear - reversible, mark face side. COM must arrive 3 weeks prior to scheduled ship date complete with: Customer's Name Pattern Identification Pattern Color Purchase Order # Sims Sales Order # (if known) Total Yardage Shipped Ship to Address COM must arrive 3 weeks prior to scheduled shiop date, complete with the COM form information. Ship COM to: Sims Superior Seating, Inc. c/o Cutting Department - COM 6951 S. Hwy 42 Locust Grove, GA 30248 Help With Yardage On request, Sims will assist in figuring COM yardage. We will add an extra 20% to the required yardage containing a repeat or matching stripe pattern. Purchase Order Requirements PO must be accompanied by a fabric swatch and your fire retardant specifications, if required.
